1. APPLICATION PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This mobile application ("PlusMS") is an internal business management tool designed exclusively for authorized employees of Plus Ltd. The App facilitates the management of customer relationships, deal tracking, and payment processing for our core business activities.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this App.

3. AUTHORIZED USERS

  • This App is restricted to authorized Company employees only.
  • Access requires valid Company-issued credentials.
  • Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.
  • User accounts are non-transferable and personal to each employee.

4. PERMITTED USE

Users may use this App to:

  • Enter and manage customer information.
  • Track business deals and transactions.
  • Process payment arrangements and installment plans.
  • Generate reports related to business activities.
  • Access Company-approved business data.

5. PROHIBITED USE

Users shall NOT:

  • Share login credentials with unauthorized persons.
  • Use the App for personal business or non-Company activities.
  • Export, copy, or distribute customer data outside Company systems.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized features.
  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws or Company policies.

6. DATA OWNERSHIP AND CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All customer data and business information remains Company property.
  • Users acknowledge handling confidential and proprietary information.
  • Data must be handled in accordance with Company privacy and security policies.
  • Users must maintain confidentiality even after employment termination.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

  • Company reserves the right to terminate access at any time.
  • Access will be immediately revoked upon employment termination.
  • Users must return or delete any downloaded data upon request.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • User's sole remedy is discontinuation of App use.

9. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

  • Company may update the App and these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
  • Users will be notified of material changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel without regard to conflict of law principles.
